The map of limiting beliefs, belief systems, and feedback loops — how they relate, and how to test and clear them
What is this chart?
This chart maps three layers of the inner world: limiting beliefs (the specific conclusions the body is holding), belief systems (the broader operating frameworks those conclusions live inside), and feedback loops (the self-reinforcing cycles that keep the whole system running). These three layers are organized into six clusters — Safety, Core Self, Connection, The Body, Expansion, and Spiritual + Existential.
Use this chart alongside the Emotions Chart. Start by identifying the layer — limiting belief, belief system, or feedback loop — then narrow to the cluster, then to the specific item within it. Once you have the full picture of what needs clearing, clear everything together utilizing your clearing prayer.
