The Inner World Chart

The map of limiting beliefs, belief systems, and feedback loops — how they relate, and how to test and clear them

What is this chart?

This chart maps three layers of the inner world: limiting beliefs (the specific conclusions the body is holding), belief systems (the broader operating frameworks those conclusions live inside), and feedback loops (the self-reinforcing cycles that keep the whole system running). These three layers are organized into six clusters — Safety, Core Self, Connection, The Body, Expansion, and Spiritual + Existential.

Use this chart alongside the Emotions Chart. Start by identifying the layer — limiting belief, belief system, or feedback loop — then narrow to the cluster, then to the specific item within it. Once you have the full picture of what needs clearing, clear everything together utilizing your clearing prayer.

Feel something is wrong → hide or disconnect from body → lose access to its signals → feel more wrong → shame deepens
Override and Collapse
Push past body signals → crash → shame about the crash → push harder next time
Expansion
Growth + Visibility

Move forward → fear of what success brings → shut down → confirm it's unsafe
Victim Consciousness
Feel powerless → don't try → stay stuck → confirm expansion isn't possible
Desire to Suffer
Pain feels familiar → ease feels threatening → return to struggle

Existential Fear / Collapse
Question the point → disengage from life → reinforce meaninglessness
