On my own healing journey, I learned that true healing doesn’t happen on the physical level alone—it asks us to explore the emotional and energetic layers, too. I spent years trying different modalities to heal my nervous system and unprocessed trauma. I jumped between therapists and coaches, desperately trying to address what I knew was stored in my body, but I kept finding myself stuck in loops—talking about the pain without actually moving through it. Many times, I left feeling even more triggered, re-traumatized, and dysregulated than before.

I tried mindset work—affirmations, gratitude, journaling—which helped in small ways, but something always felt like it was missing. It wasn’t until I began working with the body directly that things finally began to shift. When I learned how to listen to my nervous system, track and identify stored subconscious patterns, and support my body in releasing what it had been holding, I began to experience real, lasting change. I started to feel a sense of safety in my body—maybe for the first time.

This work brings together everything I’ve learned through that process. It’s gentle, intuitive, and deeply supportive of the body’s natural ability to heal—when given the right conditions.

The body remembers what the mind forgets.

Unprocessed emotions, beliefs, and experiences don’t just disappear—they settle into the nervous system, into the tissues, into the places that feel tight, reactive, or stuck. Even when we’ve done the mindset work, even when we know better, we can still find ourselves looping in the same patterns. Because most of what’s driving those patterns isn’t conscious. It’s biological. It’s protective. And it’s been there for a long time.

These imprints—whether formed through trauma, subtle stress, or inherited beliefs—can show up in the body as tension, fatigue, chronic symptoms, or a sense that you’re constantly in fight-or-flight. They can shape how you see yourself, how you relate to others, and what you believe is possible. And they can quietly direct your choices in ways that keep you small, hidden, or disconnected—even when a deeper part of you is ready for something more.

This work meets those patterns at the root—through the body, not just the mind. We use muscle testing, intuitive tracking, and somatic cues to uncover what’s stored, and help the body safely release it. Not through effort. Not through force. But by listening. By allowing. By supporting the body in remembering what it’s like to feel safe again.

You don’t have to keep living inside old survival patterns. Your body is ready to shift—when it's given the space and the signal that it’s safe to do so.

Uncovering and Releasing Stored Patterns

This work is about coming back into relationship with your body—so it can let go of what it no longer needs to carry.

So often, the patterns keeping us stuck aren’t conscious. They reside in our nervous system, cells, tissues, and organs—where they’re stored as emotional imprints, unresolved experiences, and physical stress. These patterns can influence how we think, feel, and move through life, often without our conscious awareness. Over time, these stored imprints—emotions, trauma, beliefs, and even physical stressors—can form a silent barrier that keeps us in survival mode, making it difficult to fully move forward.

Through gentle, intuitive sessions, we track what’s beneath the surface and help your body release what it’s ready to let go of—so you can feel more clear, grounded, and connected to yourself.

How do we access what’s stored?

Your body already knows. It’s always communicating—sometimes through symptoms, sometimes through emotions, sometimes through subtle cues you’ve learned to override.

I use muscle testing to connect with your body’s wisdom through the nervous system. This gives us insight into what your system is holding, what it’s protecting you from, and what it may be ready to let go of.

How do we support the release?

Once we’ve identified what’s showing up—often a combination of stored emotions, beliefs, protective patterns, or energetic imprints—we work with the body to gently release what it’s ready to let go of.

I guide you into a meditative, body-led space where your system feels safe enough to soften. While you remain present in this grounded container, I perform the clearing—supporting your body in releasing the layered patterns, emotions, and imprints we’ve identified.

This process is subtle but powerful. It’s not about fixing or forcing—it’s about creating the right conditions for your body to shift on its own terms. Sessions are collaborative, intuitive, and always move at the pace your system is ready for. Whether we meet in person or remotely, the work is equally effective.

What might I experience after a session?

Every body is different. Some people feel an immediate sense of lightness, clarity, or calm. Others notice subtle shifts that unfold over days or weeks. Occasionally, the body will go through a short period of emotional or physical release—a natural detox response as the system recalibrates.

No matter how it looks, your body will only release what it feels safe to release. This work meets you right where you are—and supports you in coming home to yourself, one layer at a time.
